TR3WEB provides hosted one-page websites for small businesses on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Plans

Starter and Pro plans may include different hosting options, website sections, update limits, contact features, and design options. Plan details may change over time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information and confirm they have the rights to use any logos, photos, text, trademarks, menus, service descriptions, and other materials submitted to TR3WEB.

4. Prohibited Content

Customers may not use TR3WEB for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, adult, fraudulent, or unsafe content. TR3WEB may suspend or remove pages that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Subscription Status

Websites remain active while the customer subscription is active and in good standing. Failed, canceled, or disputed payments may result in suspension or removal of public website access.

6. Updates

Minor updates may be included based on the selected plan. Larger redesigns, frequent changes, custom features, or advanced integrations may require additional fees.

7. No Guarantee

TR3WEB does not guarantee sales, search ranking, customer leads, or business results. The service provides a professional web presence and related hosting support.

8. Termination

Customers may cancel according to the subscription rules. TR3WEB may terminate or suspend service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
